The Multipoint Lock Shop team are committed to providing a fair returns policy, and to make it as simple as possible.


Any request for a return should be made through our website returns page.


After your return is approved, our return address is Multipoint Lock Shop Limited, 27 Epping Way, Leicester LE2 9FE.


Faulty / Damaged / Dead on Arrival Items


Our policy for these particular items, lasts 30 Days.


You may request a Refund, Replacement or Repair within 30 days of the Items being Delivered.


Return Postage when returned within 30 Days

1) We will Provide a return postage label, or;

2) Refund your reasonable costs of return postage.


A partial refund may be provided if items returned are not in their original packaging or missing parts.


If 30 Days have passed since you took ownership of the Items and no more than 6 months, we will provide a Repair service or Replacement.

We will work with you to provide an appropriate solution and resolve as quickly as possible.

All items should be returned in their original packaging, along with any accessories, fixings / extras or documents that may exist.


If 6 months have passed, we ask that you provide proof the items received, were first found faulty, damaged or dead on Arrival.


Received Wrong Items

Although this may be a rare occurrence, unfortunately mistakes can happen, after all we’re only human! Nevertheless, we promise to work quickly to resolve any issues, and will send a replacement out straight away to minimise any inconvenience caused.

Return Postage

1) We will Provide a return postage label, or;

2) Refund your reasonable costs of return postage.


Unwanted / Order Error Items

If you would like to return an item ordered by mistake or no longer required, this is no problem, you do have a cooling-off period, which is 14 Days, from the Items being Delivered to Notify Us of the items you would like to Return, then you have a further 14 days from notifying us, to return the items unused and complete in their original condition and packaging.

We kindly ask that these particular items are returned to us unopened and complete.

If particular items are found to be opened or incomplete, or to have been handled more than what is considered as reasonable assessing, we may deduct an amount inline with the devaluation of the items, caused by handling the items that was more than necessary.

Return postage is paid for by the buyer, and we advise to use a reasonable delivery service with tracking.

After 14 days have passed, unfortunately we do not provide a refund, we believe 14 Days is plenty for the majority of circumstances, in some special cases we may provide a partial refund which will be reviewed on an individual basis.
